Where can I find out about product sizing + fit?
Every body is uniquely different so we provide Body Measurement Size Guides on every product page. To find your perfect relaxed fit just follow our Find Your Fit, First Time guide.
Because our size guides are for body measurements NOT garment measurements we always recommend going up a size or two from your largest body dimension to get the relaxed look we love. If you choose the size that matches your body measurements it will fit like a second skin, with no room to move, and nobody wants that! Note: Most of our fabrics also offer some stretch for a flexible fit.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT E-CARDS?
We absolutely do! We want to make it super easy to share the love with someone you know who would really appreciate our brand, but perhaps you're unsure what to choose.

Where are your products made?
We are proud to say that our Solana collection is entirely handmade to order and shipped from one facility in the UK, reducing carbon emissions. Each and every item is made to your exact specifications, not picked from an overstocked warehouse.
Are your products sustainable?
Very little water is used in the process of making your items, and all eco-friendly ink waste is properly disposed of without leaking into the environment. Orders & Shipping
I'm ordering from overseas. Do I pay customs duties?
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries, with the exception of Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Norway and Poland, where customers are responsible for duties and customs charges at the time of delivery. This is something that is out of our control. Therefore, we advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country before placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we want you to receive your goodies as soon as possible, production starts as soon as we receive your order. Patterns are made, material is printed, cut and sewn. Then items pass through our stringent quality control before being shipped out to you. Therefore, once an order has been placed it unfortunately can't be cancelled. Before placing an order, we always recommend taking the time to really consider what products will best fit your needs to help reduce overproduction and waste.
How long will it take to make and deliver my order?
All orders are expertly handmade-to-order in the UK. Order processing usually takes 2-7 working days, but can be as quick as 1-2 days depending on the items you order and the number of items purchased.
Note: Production times are in addition to delivery times.

How can I check the status of my order?
We keep you in the loop by email at every stage of the process, from receiving your order to letting you know it has been shipped. However, if you haven't recieved an email from us feel free to jump on live chat. Or, if you're contacting us out of hours email your enquiry to support@b3ki.com and we'll update you on progress.
Do you accept returns?
All B3KI products are bespoke, and lovingly handmade to your unique specifications. We take seriously the burden that overproduction and returns have on our environment. Therefore non-faulty returns are not accepted. If you're unhappy with your order in any way, please contact support@b3ki.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and we'll do our very best to put things right. There's a problem with my order. What should I do?
We do our very best to ensure each and every item produced is exactly as it should be. But, every part of our production process is done by human hands, and sometimes, despite our best intentions, things just don't go to plan.
