Once your order is successfully placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive an email please check your junk folder or contact us at support@b3ki.com for confirmation.

Once your order has been handmade and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@b3ki.com, quoting your name and order number, and we'll make sure everything is still on track.

Our apparel is lovingly made in the UK by expert human hands, not robots, using eco inks and sustainable practises.

Each item is unique to you, and produced according to your specifications. We think that's pretty darn special, and we hope you do, too ♡

Your unique, handmade-to-order purchase will usually be ready to ship 2-7 business days after placing your order.
(excluding weekends and holidays). However, depending on the items and quantities ordered, it's possible some orders may be processed within 1-2 days.

Estimated production times are provided on our product pages.

Because all of our products are made by hand to order, and every order is unique, estimated times may vary depending on the other items in your order. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to ship so you can check the status of your order.

We do not count weekends or public holidays as production days.

Orders are usually delivered 1-4 business days after production is complete:

UK: Orders usually with customers within 2-5 days or ordering.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are usually with customers within 3-6 days of ordering.

To ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible, we ship all products via tracked delivery services within the UK, and to a select number of international destinations. Exact shipping times depend on your location. 

Once your order has been shipped you can track it's status using the tracking number provided. Please allow 48hrs for tracking information to become available.

Note: International orders may be subject to Customs clearance, which may affect the delivery date to your final destination. Please read 'Shipping' Good To Know for more details.

You don't have to ship to your billing address. Great news if your sending a gift or need your parcel delivered to work!

Most International destination duties & customs are paid by B3KI, with the exception of Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Norway and Poland, where customers are responsible for duties and customs charges at the time of delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. So, if ordering from one of these locations please check duties and customs fees before placing your order.

Delivery outside the EU may attract a local tax duty, to be paid by the customer on arrival, which is administered by the local territory and is out of our hands.

IMPORTANT: International orders may be subject to Customs clearance on arrival in your country. We are unable to provide Customs and Duties processing times on international orders. To avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your parcel, keep an eye on your inbox for instructions from your local Customs office/carrier service provider regarding clearing protocols in your country. It is often a simple process, requiring the recipient to complete and return a digital declaration form. However, this may vary from country to country.

There may be extra charges for delivery to remote areas.

We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not currently supported.
