At B3KI, we champion slow fashion and encourage our customers to consume consciously because we love our beautiful planet. Yes, we want to look and feel fabulous while inhabiting it, but we also want to keep it in tip-top condition for future generations to enjoy. So, until we humans collectively decide to conduct daily life in our birthday suits we will only produce premium, long-lasting, physical products when we receive your personalised order. No excess stock sitting in warehouses .Woohoo!


Because each item we make is unique and personal to you, we don't accept returns on non faulty items. Our Returns Policy has the potential to drastically reduce the environmental impact of our brand, and we're doing everything we can to achieve our goal.

With this in mind, we encourage you take your time when considering a purchase. If you have any questions, jump on live chat or get in touch with us at hello@b3ki.com BEFORE placing your order. Once your order is accepted it cannot be changed or cancelled as production begins immediately.

NON-FAULTY ITEMS

Because all of our products are lovingly handmade to order to your unique specifications we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty items. 


When buying clothes, finding the right fit can be tricky, so we have created a guide to help you ace it, first time and every time.

We recommend that you measure your chest, waist and hips with a flexible measuring tape. Check your fullest body dimension against the Body Measurement Size Chart provided with each product, and go up a size or two to get the relaxed fit that's right for you. 

Note: If you choose the size that directly matches your body measurements it will fit like a second skin, with no room to move. Now, that doesn't sound comfortable!


Our products have a range of customisable options such as fabric type, pattern, strap style, zip or no zip etc. So, remember to make selections from any available customisation options on the items you are ordering BEFORE you place your order.

Once your order is placed we spring into action and your order can no longer be changed or cancelled.


We truly hope it is love at first sight. However, should you be anything less than thrilled with your items please contact us right away, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of your order.

Email us at support@b3ki.com, quoting your name and order number, along with photos and details about your order. We will do our very best to rectify any issues as quickly as we can.

Please note: We can only respond to issue requests recieved within 14 days of receipt of your order. Notifications received after this time unfortunately cannot be accepted.


REDUCING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

BEST-LAID PLANS

We pride ourselves on ensuring every item we dispatch is correct and beautifully handmade to the highest possible standards. But, we are human (no robots here), so, if your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty on arrival, or you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order.

Email us at support@b3ki.com including your name, order number, details and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to make things right, as quickly as possible.


If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will ask you to return the item to us in the original packaging, including despatch note, for inspection. Once a Return Request is approved we will email you a Unique Returns Number along with instructions on where to send your item.

Please use Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We will advise you on which services that may be eligible for reimbursement in your country.

IMPORTANT

If returning an item to us, keep a copy of your postage receipt. We will ask for this before reimbursing postage costs on successful Exchange or Refund Requests.


Once your issue has been reviewed we will notify you to say whether your Exchange Request has been approved.

If approved, your replacement item will be handmade and despatched by tracked service delivery. We will email you a tracking number so you can check its status.

If you were asked to return the original item for inspection, on receipt of your proof of postage, postage costs will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so it may not appear in your account immediately.


Once your issue has been reviewed we will notify you to say whether Refund Request was approved.

If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, items returned to us without a Unique Returns Number cannot be accepted.

Only items returned to us with a Unique Returns Number, in their original packaging including despatch note, will be offered a solution. 

If the product is in a used condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.

We always recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.
Should this happen, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.

The customer is responsible for return postage. If your refund or exchange request is approved, upon receipt of proof of postage, postage costs will be refunded to your original payment method.
