Unfortunately, items returned to us without a Unique Returns Number cannot be accepted.
Only items returned to us with a Unique Returns Number, in their original packaging including despatch note, will be offered a solution.
If the product is in a used condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.
We always recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.
Should this happen, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.
The customer is responsible for return postage. If your refund or exchange request is approved, upon receipt of proof of postage, postage costs will be refunded to your original payment method.
