We are a Slow Fashion brand but we work pretty fast. In most cases, you can expect your order to be handmade within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We will send you an email with your order tracking number, once it's ready to ship.

Note: We ship your order once all items have been made and passed our stringent quality control. Therefore, the overall processing time of your order may vary from the estimated production times detailed on our product pages.

Orders are usually delivered 1-4 business days after production is complete:

UK: Orders usually with customers within 2-5 days of ordering.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are usually with customers within 3-6 days of ordering.

International Customs Duties
Most international destination duties & customs are paid by B3KI, with the exception of Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Norway and Poland, where customers are responsible for duties and customs charges at the time of delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. This is out of our control.

DOING IT DIFFERENTLY

The environmental impact of Returns is real! B3KI advocates conscious consumerism, and to promote positive change we do things a little differently. Your purchasing specifications make each item unique to you. Because only you like things the way you do, there are no returns on non-faulty items. 

SIZING

We know it can be tricky to choose the right size. Indeed a large % of Fashion Industry Returns are sizing-related, and their negative environmental load is something we can't ignore. To ensure we don't add to the burden, we help you find the perfect fit, first time with our Body Measurement Size Guide, included on every product page. 

How to use our size guides to find your fit:

1. Measure yourself using a flexible measuring tape. Tip: Don't hold the tape too tight as measurements may not be accurate, resulting in purchasing the wrong size.
2. Locate your fullest body measurement on the Body Measurement Size Guide. Go up one size for a normal fit. Go up two sizes for a looser fit.

IMPORTANT: 
Unless stated otherwise, our sizing guides feature body measurements NOT garment measurements. We don't recommend that you select the size that exactly matches your body dimensions as the fit will be like a second skin, with no room to move.
